Our goal is to help students borrow responsibly, complete their education, and find repayment solutions that work for them. That's where you come in! We need Call Center Representatives who can answer borrower's questions, contact borrowers whose accounts are past due, and work to find payment solutions that work for them. You'll help borrowers understand how much they've borrowed and the best way to manage their student loan debt. You'll also help borrowers create a personal plan to successfully pay back their student loans. Your caring and patient guidance of calls will help borrowers restore and maintain their accounts in good standing. What's Great about Great Lakes?

The perfect candidate can talk to anyone over the phone. Our Call Center Representatives are patient and caring and must be able to negotiate and problem solve on a daily basis. Representatives must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another while operating a computer keyboard. When does training start?
What is the schedule? After training is complete, the regular full-time schedule begins with a shift of 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
